Executive Director
Sarah Genet is the new Executive Director for Sharon Community Health Center, in Sharon Pennsylvania. Sarah currently resides in Ohio with her husband and their two daughters. She is a graduate of Muskingum University where she double majored in Biology and Neuroscience and minored in Psychology and Chemistry. Sarah has been instrumental in developing dental practices and primary care in both private practice and Federally Qualified Health Center settings.. She has participated in several nationwide initiatives, pilots and collaboratives to broaden the success of her organizations and increase quality of care for her patients. Sarah was recognized for her community impact by being selected as a 2020 Greater Akron Chamber, Thirty for the Future recipient. She has also served for several years as a representative on the Akron City Schools and Community Action Head Start Advisory Boards. Currently she serves as a Board of Directors for Embracing the Futures that offers free orthodontic care for those that are otherwise denied services. When she is not in the office or participating in a community outreach event, you may find her reading a book with a cup of coffee, enjoying the lake/outdoors or spending time with her husband and their two girls on their hobby farm.
Dr. Stanislav Byshenko
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Stanislav Byshenko was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. He received bachelor degree in Pharmacy from the National Pharmacy University and Medical Degree from the National Medical University in Kharkiv. After completion of residency training in 2002 he practiced as an Anesthesiologist / Intensivist in the City Hospital. After studying and working in Canada, Dr. Byshenko moved to the United States, where in 2012 he completed Internal Medicine residency at Lincoln Hospital, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. He had additional cardiology training at NYU. He is Internal Medicine Board Certified and every year participates in continuing medical education conferences provided by different medical schools in the country and abroad.
Michelle Kohl
Office Manager
Michelle Kohl is the Office Manager for Sharon Community Health Center. She has been a Certified Medical Assistant since 2010. She received her associate’s degree in medical assisting from Laurel Technical Institute. In 2016, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in FQHC since starting her medical career. Michelle has served on the Safety Committee, Project Improvement Committee, and was involved with the Joint Commission Survey. She has volunteered during several events doing health screenings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, two daughters and sons-in-law, Ricki and Jeff, and Danielle and Vinnie and a variety of pets. Michelle also enjoys camping, fishing and boating at Shenango Lake.
Dr. Agnieszka Gauthier
Behavioral Health Practioner
Dr. Gauthier was born a raised in a small town in Poland called Sulechow. After graduating high school there, she attended Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Science, matriculating in 2003. The same year she moved to the USA.
Dr. Gauthier completed her residency in psychiatry at Henry Form Health System in Detroit MI in 2010 and has been serving Mercer County (and beyond) since 2010 when she joined Sharon Community Health System.
Outside of work, her family is the most important part of her life. She is passionate about traveling and loves visiting new places, learning about local history and culture. She also enjoys reading, yoga, swimming, and time with family pets, including 3 cats and a salamander.
Ardell T (Ted) Meyer, LCSW
Behavioral Health Practioner
Born and raised in Mercer County, Ardell graduated from Hickory High School and then attended Mount Union College in Alliance, OH for 2 years, after which he transferred to and graduated from Youngstown State University. Twenty-nine years after receiving his bachelor’s degree at YSU, He earned his Masters’s degree in Social Work from Edinboro State University. The next 5 years were focused on successfully completing both the PA License in Social work (LSW) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) while fully employed locally in the mental health industry.
His long work experience began with George Junior Republic, a residential treatment facility in Grove City, PA working with adjudicated teen-aged youth. Grove City College was next as a counselor for the student body and an occasional lecturer. He then joined Sharon Community Health Center in 2012 where he remains today specializing in counseling patients struggling with stress, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression.
His personal interests focus on his wife, family and property outside of Mercer. Home improvement and maintenance projects along with managing fruit trees, berry bushes and a large garden takes up the bulk of his free time and remains his number one source of personal therapy.
Dr. Robin Molaskey
Pain Management Practioner
Dr. Robin Molaskey is a lifelong member of the Shenango Valley, born at Sharon Regionals, graduating from Mercer High School and Thiel College.
She attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia and completed her residency in Anesthesiology at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh. She is certified by The American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). In recent years, she has taken a special interest in chronic pain management, including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, chronic regional pain syndrome, degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis. She addresses both interventional treatment (epidurals, radiofrequency ablation, and injection therapy) and medication management. Medication management is conducted exclusively through Sharon Community Health System and Interventional procedures through both Sharon Regional (Steward) and Edgewood Surgical Hospital (Transfer, PA). She is accepting new patients on a physician referral basis.
In her free time, her passions include Morgan horses and Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs, both of which she shows competitively around the country.
